台灣員工購買細則

一、為使用本網站提供之各項服務,您同意以下事項:

(一)本網站限本公司關聯公司 - 羅技電子股份有限公司(以下簡稱"羅技電子")員工(含正式員工或約聘員工,以下簡稱"員工")使用,因此若您同意本網站獲取您的個人資料事項,並且同意以羅技電子之員工的身分註冊本網站,您將使用您註冊的ID和密碼登入本網站,與本公司作連結,且授權本網站以您註冊的ID和密碼辨識您在本網站的員工身分。

(二)請留意由於本網站僅供羅技電子之員工使用,目的為提供優惠點數(以下簡稱"點數")抵免部分本網站所出售之產品價格。若發現有變賣、轉售圖利或類似情形,一經查屬實,本網站將逕行終止您的會員資格,所有點數和資格全部取消。您無法重新註冊,且無法對此主張任何權利,本網站亦不負責任何損害賠償。

倘若您已離職,本公司有權凍結于您離職當日凍結您的相關帳戶。您未使用之點數無法通過其他的方式兌現。

二、會員服務、權益及產品價格

(一) 個人資料之保護

對於會員所登錄或留存之個人資料,本公司及服務提供之合作夥伴都將於公告之特定目的必要範圍內予以利用,採取適當之安全措施予以保護,並依主管機關指定之個人資料檔案安全維護計畫處理。

(二) 會員權益

您成為本網站之會員後,本網站將透過您提供的會員資料,提供如下的會員專屬權益,惟本公司保留修改之權利:

  1. Each SKU can be ordered but limited up to 2 pcs per person/year.
    一年內,每個料號的限購數量以兩個為上限(含第二個)。
  2. Employee can purchase product with MSRP from website, if their points are used up.
    點數使用完畢後,員工將僅能原價購買本網站內之產品
  3. Order confirmation and shipment are communicated with the email registered in Logitech. All transaction is followed upon the order no.
    訂單成立之與出貨將以會員登記之電郵通知,所有交易皆以電郵中訂單編號為準。
  4. Normally, the consumed points will be returned to an employee's account, if an order is canceled.
    原則上,員工取消訂單之已抵扣的點數將得到相應之返還至其帳戶。
  5. The rule of Freight fee charging:
    • User pays NTD$105, if the payment amount is less than NTD$750 per order.
    • Free freight fee if the payment amount is higher than NTD $750 per order.
    • The delivery is limited in Taiwan land.
    訂單實際支付金額(扣除點數後)未到達金額七百五十元之單筆交易,員工需要為每筆交易支付運費新台幣 "105"元(限台灣本島);達新台幣七百五十元(含)免運費。
  6. The operation lead time is around 5~7 working days, if the ordered SKU is with inventory. Orders that made during weekends/holidays will be processed in the next working day.
    寄送作業時間約5 - 7工作天,在有貨的情況下。訂單成立日如遇國定假日則延至下一個工作天處理。
  7. It's not acceptable to deliver orders out of Taiwan land.
    恕本網站不接受運送至台灣本島以外其他地區的訂單。
  8. The right of "online purchase's 7-day appreciation period" doesn't apply to this Website.
    本員購網不具7天鑑賞期之網購權力。

  10. Order is not allowed cancelling, except the situation below:
    • Ordered incorrectly and order hasn't been processed.
    • The SKU is in shortage.
    訂單不得取消,除了以下的情況:
    • 訂單下錯且此筆訂單還未處理。
    • 此產品缺貨。
  11. The way of payment only goes through VISA/MASTER Credit Card in the website.
    本網站之訂單僅接受VISA/MASTER信用卡線上支付。
  12. 產品價格。產品的定價和備貨情況均依本網站上所示。本網站有權根據實際情況,對此類信息進行不定時的更改而不以任何方式通知。每一項產品之價格均包含了相應的消費稅(按照中華民國的標準稅率)。產品價格不包含交易運費,具體交易運費將根據您選擇的送貨方式、送達地區等不同而異(或依據本約定條款之其他條款的約定)。

三、本網站委託聲明

本網站之網域為本公司所持有,委託"益兆原環球科技有限公司"包括經營及處理本網站之服務,包括物流(訂單處理、商品配送、換貨(僅限於發出與訂單有出入之商品時))、金流 (發票開立、收付款)、客服 (諮詢、抱怨、交易糾紛)等相關事宜。為避免混淆,本公司特別重申,本公司與益兆原環球科技有限公司是完全獨立的獨立法人人格主體,益兆原環球科技有限公司將獨立承擔其于委託服務內所產生的一切行為責任。任何情況下,本條款不得解釋為本公司與益兆原環球科技有限公司之間或在本公司和益兆原環球科技有限公司僱員之間建立了除本條款所示之委託關係外的任何代理、合夥、合資或僱傭關係。

本台灣員工購買計劃細則以英文及繁體中文作成,惟如兩者有文義異之處,應以繁體中文為準。

Taiwan Employee Purchase Program Rules

I. To use various services provided by the Website, you agree to the following items:

(I) The Website is for the use of the Company's affiliated company - Logitech Far East Limited's (hereinafter referred to as the "LFE") employees (including official employees or contract employees, hereinafter referred to as the "employees") only. So, if you agree the Website to access your personal information as and agree to register as an employee of LFE, you will use your registered ID and password to log in the Website and be connected with the Company, and authorize the Website to identify your identity as an employee through your registered ID and password.

(II) Please note that as the Website is for the use of LFE's employees only, it's intended to provide discount points (hereinafter referred to as "Points") to deduct the prices of the products sold on the Website. In case of sales or resales for profits or similar circumstances, once they are verified to be true, the Website will terminate your membership and cancel all of your Points and qualifications. You will be unable to register again or claim any rights hereto, and the Website will not be responsible for any compensation.

If you have resigned, the Company has the right to freeze your relevant accounts on the day of your resignation. The Points you haven't used can't be redeemed in other ways.

II. Membership services, rights and product prices

(I) Protection of Personal Information

The Company and its partners as service providers will use the personal information that members use to log in or keep in the Website within the necessary scope of the special purposes announced, take proper and safe measures to protect such information and address the information in accordance with the personal information security maintenance plan defined by competent authorities.

(II) Rights of Members

After you become a member of the Website, the Website will provide the following exclusive rights to you according to the data you provide, but the Company is hereby reserve the right to revise:

  12. Product prices: Product prices and stocks are shown on the Website. The Website has the right to change such information from time to time based on actual conditions without giving any notice. The price of each product includes corresponding consumption tax (subject to the standard tax rate of Taiwan). Product prices exclude freight charges, which will vary with the ways and places of delivery you choose (or subject to other provisions in the agreement).

III. Statements of entrustment

The domain of the Website is held by the Company, and Yizhaoyuan Global Technology Co., Ltd. is entrusted to run and address the services provided by the Website, including the matters related to logistics (order processing, commodity distribution, return and exchanges of commodities (limited to the commodities different from what is ordered)), cash flows (issuance of invoices, payment and collection) and customer services (consulting, complaints and trading disputes). To avoid confusion, the Company particularly reiterates that the Company and Yizhaoyuan Global Technology Co., Ltd. are two completely independent legal entities, and Yizhaoyuan Global Technology Co., Ltd. will independently assume the responsibility for all the behaviors resulted from the entrusted service. In no case shall this terms be interpreted as witnessing the establishment of any agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relations other than the entrustment relations between the Company and Yizhaoyuan Global Technology Co., Ltd. or between the Company and the employees of Yizhaoyuan Global Technology Co., Ltd.

This Taiwan Employee Purchase Program Rules is made in English and Traditional Chinese languages. In case of any discrepancy, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
